We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator – Netherlands
Your impact on our team:
The Logistics Coordinator – Netherlands will be responsible for coordinating the import logistics process, ensuring smooth collaboration with customs brokers, transport companies, warehouses, suppliers and internal teams. This role supports inventory control, value-added services such as ripening and repacking, and the coordination of product deliveries across Europe.
¿Qué harás en este rol?
Manage and coordinate the import process, monitoring shipments from the port of origin to the destination port and warehouse.
Coordinate with logistics suppliers such as shipping lines, warehouses and customs brokers.
Notify internal teams and customers about product arrivals, delays or disruptions.
Register packing lists in the system according to the physical stock received.
Monitor daily inventory and maintain updated stock records.
Coordinate value-added services such as repacking, restacking and ripening.
Coordinate transportation from warehouses to clients’ distribution centers across Europe.
Register outbound deliveries in SAP and ensure shipments are executed according to sales orders until final delivery.
Manage logistics expenses according to established rates and validate logistics invoices.
Los requisitos que tenemos
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or International Business Management.
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar logistics or supply chain roles.
Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Fluency in English (mandatory). Spanish and Dutch are a plus.
Strong coordination, communication, and planning skills.
Experience coordinating logistics operations with multiple stakeholders such as warehouses, transport companies, and customs brokers is a plus.
Work modality: Hybrid work model (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home).
Location: Maasdijk, Netherlands (office location until the end of May; from June onwards The Hague or Rotterdam – TBC).
