We are currently looking for a Procurement Specialist
Your impact on our team:
To manage and develop supplier relationships in the Chinese market, leading sourcing processes, market analysis and negotiations to identify competitive supply alternatives for Camposol’s operations.
The position will act as a local liaison between suppliers in China and the Procurement teams in Peru, Chile, Colombia and Uruguay; ensuring alignment with the company’s procurement policies, standards and processes.
¿Qué harás en este rol?
Identify, evaluate and develop suppliers in the Chinese market aligned with Camposol’s procurement needs.
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking in China to identify new sourcing opportunities and supply alternatives.
Lead sourcing processes including RFIs, RFPs and RFQs with suppliers in China.
Prepare comparative analyses of supplier proposals considering price, quality, delivery times and commercial conditions.
Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers including pricing, payment conditions, delivery terms and service levels.
Coordinate with procurement teams in Peru, Chile, Colombia and Uruguay to understand technical specifications and purchasing requirements.
Support supplier qualification and homologation processes, including product validation and sample coordination.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain updated supplier databases and procurement information.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers in China.
Los requisitos que tenemos
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, supplier sourcing or supplier development.
ERP systems (preferred)
Chinese citizenship.
Fluent in Chinese and English (mandatory)
Spanish (preferred).
